Happy Birthday Connie!

Connie our Cottage Garden girl at #1 shop celebrated a birthday this past week. So all the Cottage Garden girls took her out for a fun evening. We went to Abuelos for dinner and then saw the opening night of Sex and the City 2. What a great time we all had........

Fun at Girls Night Out !

The girls had a ball at our Pajama Party....... They shopped, ate munchies, had wine poured over raspberry sorbet balls, and listened to our great band. The weather cooperated and it was a most perfect evening.......

The girls all got fluff puffs made into bracelets....

And yes some gals did show up in their jamis!

The gals all seemed to just have such fun shopping..... We had a secret discount for all our email customers...

Pauline's niece Jessica was such a great help that night. Thanks Jessica for giving up her Friday Night to hang out with the Cottage Garden girls.

Girls Night Pajama Party!!!!!

Hey Girls our girls night out pajama party is this Friday night May21st from 6pm-9pm. We are going to have a band to liven up the evening, munchies, wine with raspberry sorbert or just lemonade. The Cottage Garden girls will be putting on a fashion show and Halo Nail Salon will be doing nail art.......

Even our new flamingo is ready for the night with her new night cap......

We were on Channel 12's The Dish today and some of the gals were already wearing their PJ's. What fun to come shopping on Friday Night in your pajamas and slippers.

Garden Iron

David from Texas made another stop at the Cottage Garden and brought us more arbors and trellises. We lined the sidewalk leading up to CG2 with all these great finial arbors.

This arbor is nestled in the flower bed at CG1.

While we were placing all the new product in the yard a little dragonfly perched on our new trellis. You just don't see them very often around here..... just had to snap a pic of it...

We also got in these really cool metal birdhouses on a stand of sunflowers.

He is such a cute roadrunner. All out of recycled metal.

This little piggy went to market. Well no this little piggy is at Cottage Garden complete with wings. You know the old saying when pigs fly........

And just behind him is a great recycled metal mushroom. Every garden needs one of them.

Also embellishing the front yard at #1 shop are these really pretty ceramic birdbaths. The birds are already using them....

Trellises with a bed of recycled metal flowers. FUN!!!!!
We also got in metal benches, planters and tables. Just in time to play up the garden before the heat hits...

Mother's Day Ideas at The Cottage Garden

We are just filled with many great gift ideas for Mother's Day this weekend, at both the Cottages.......

At Cottage I we have these sweet mini violets nestled in vintage sugar bowls, creamers, teacups, metal baskets, etc. and oh yes they are real and will stay their sweet little shape......

The Journey of Grace angels make wonderful gifts too......

Our metal picture frames with the funky flower on top has already been a big hit.

Of course the Willow Tree angels are still a popular item for the Moms and moms to be......

Great Sidewalk Sale!

Well our sidewalk sale on Saturday was a great success. We had a brillant idea of filling a bag for $15.00 and man oh man did all the gals have a blast doing just that. It is amazing how much craming and shoving into a shopping bag a gal can do. Thanks to all that attended, I had very little left by the end of the day.

Even Linda from Papa Ed's Ice Cream Parlor next to Cottage #1 had to come check out all the oldies but goodies.

Shoppers looking for all those treasures.....

One gal said she hadn't had this much fun in a long time. Glad to have helped her.
